At Blue Palmetto Home Inspection our objective is to do the best possible job for our clients. With this in mind we never try to sell services that aren’t needed. Our focus is doing a proper inspection and writing a well written home inspection report which doesn’t leave you guessing.
Extraordinary Experiences
I am an internachi certified residential home inspector, a SC licensed home inspector and a SC residential builder. I have about four decades of continuous construction experience with the last ten plus years dedicated to home inspections. I have personally inspected close to a thousand homes. In addition I have hands on experience in almost every construction trade from digging the foundations the old fashioned way (with a shovel) to putting shingles on the roof and almost everything in between. Why choose Blue Palmetto Home Inspection?
A lot of other inspectors have only seen houses being built. I’ve built them nail by nail board by board.
We don’t hurry the inspection process. While we have heard of other inspectors doing two or three inspections a day. That’s not us. We like to be thorough. We test all the systems and even walk the roof if it’s safe; to get a birds eye view. Typically your job is the only job we schedule for that day. The mornings for the inspection and the afternoon for the reports.
